2. Principles

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process data exclusively within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Austrian data protection law. milchrechnung.at does not create user profiles, does not set tracking cookies, and does not run advertising.

3. Processing of invoice data you submit

milchrechnung.at is a tool for checking, viewing, converting and creating electronic invoices. The data you upload or enter (including any personal data contained therein, such as names, addresses or e-mail addresses of invoice parties) is processed exclusively at runtime on the server to produce the requested result, and discarded immediately afterwards. No permanent storage of this data on our servers takes place. There is no database in which invoice contents are stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (provision of the function you have requested).

4. Hosting and server logs (Cloudflare)

This website is provided via the Cloudflare platform (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data as a data processor, in particular your IP address, in order to deliver the website and ensure the security of the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functional operation).

As Cloudflare is a US company, a transfer of data to the USA may take place. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or relies on standard contractual clauses for transfers.

5. Spam / abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

In the "Create e-invoice" area we use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare and a technical verification token is generated. Turnstile operates without tracking cookies and without creating advertising profiles. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against misuse). Turnstile is not used on the other functions (Check, View, Convert).

6. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the information you submit in order to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We recommend the use of encrypted e-mail.

7. No cookies, no tracking

milchrechnung.at does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed any third-party tracking services.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Since we do not store invoice data, we are however unable to provide information about processing that has already been discarded.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria the competent authority is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, e-mail: dsb@dsb.gv.at.

No automated decision-making including profiling takes place.
